Biographical Sketch
Tomer Oz completed a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science at the University of Haifa. Tomer is currently a Ph.D. student in the School of Psychological Sciences and a member of the Laboratory for the Study of Social Dilemmas and the Evolution of Cooperation as well as our Observing Minds lab. Tomer’s Ph.D. research is focused on interpersonal similarity perception. The goal of this project is to understand the determinants of interpersonal similarity. With our group, Tomer’s research is focused on emerging therapeutic methods to train meta-awareness and thereby internal attentional control implicated in various forms of internally-directed cognition and mental health.
