Biographical Sketch
Omer Dar completed her undergraduate studies in Psychobiology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Omer is currently in her fourth year of direct Ph.D. studies in the Haifa University Psychology department. Her current research interest is focused on mechanisms underlying the salutary effects of mindfulness meditation training, by exploring the influence of mindfulness meditation training on internal attention to thoughts and interoceptive attention to bodily sensations.
